Iltizam Selangor Penyayang (ISP) Skim Air Darul Ehsan

The Skim Air Darul Ehsan (SADE) is a realignment programme to provide free water to the target group of residents of the State of Selangor who are Malaysian citizens with a household income of RM5,000 and below.

You’re eligible for SADE if you meet all the criteria below:

You are applying for residential premises with individual water meters

You are a Malaysian citizen and reside in the State of Selangor

You have a monthly household income of RM 5,000 and below (for those who are married, this includes the income of a non-citizen spouse)

You are applying for one account or premise only

Note: Bulk meter account users in the low-cost apartment category will continue to receive 20 cubic meters of free water under the Darul Ehsan Water Scheme automatically until 31 December 2029 according to the existing method involving JMB or MC and the Selangor Housing Authority (LPHS).
